Algarve Clube Atlantico occupies a quiet secluded cliff top holiday location beyond the Alfanzina lighthouse approximately 4.5 kms east of Carvoeiro village.
An attractive, comfortable two storey, three bedroom villa set in the middle of the resort, situated near the reception and main pool area, with heated pool. It is approximately 10 minutes walk from the small beach of "Praia do Carvalho".
The modern, bright living/ dining-room contains satellite TV, Hi-Fi, and open fireplace and has access to a spacious terrace which leads to the pool area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large fridge/freezer.
The master bedroom is on the first floor with ensuite bathroom and a big terrace with sea view. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor (one with twin beds and the third with a double bed) and they share the 2nd complete bathroom. There is also a guest WC.
There is a wide paved entrance and parking area in front of the house and a pretty garden with trees and various bushes surrounding the villa and pool area. Concrete steps lead into a large (10 x 5) pool. The pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. The first floor veranda hosts a fine sea view and overlooks the pool and garden area.
The villa has marble floors throughout the house and central heating.
