A lovely, spacious villa, surrounded by landscaped gardens and good pool area, recently renovated and modernised, located in a cul-de-sac in close proximity to the Tennis centre (approx. 5 minutes walk), with heated swimming pool, roof terrace. The first floor is for private use only.
