A lovely, spacious villa, surrounded by landscaped gardens and good pool area, recently renovated and modernised, located in a cul-de-sac in close proximity to the Tennis centre (approx. 5 minutes walk), with heated swimming pool, roof terrace. The first floor is for private use only.
The villa has an entrance hall with guest cloakroom, 4 individually appointed bedrooms, 3 with twin beds, and the master bedroom has a queen-sized double bed, 2 ensuite bathrooms and one other bathroom to accommodate two of the bedrooms. The round spacious living-room has a rustic flavour with a high wooden beamed ceiling, built-in decorative fireplace, satellite TV, telephone and hi-fi. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a built-in micro-wave, electric hob and oven and dishwasher. There is a small utility room outside the kitchen which contains the washing-machine. All the interior rooms lead out onto the garden and/or pool area.
There are marble floors throughout the house, Portuguese décor, air conditioning, safe and a lovely quiet and peaceful setting.
